Donna Wilken has been the proud owner of Christian Aerobic Resource, Inc. for 4 years now. She was called to start her own aerobic ministry in her church 15 years ago. To expand the ministry, Donna opened a local studio where her christian aerobic and gymnastics classes boomed. "I encouraged an atmosphere of love and acceptance, no matter what shape or size the participant is!" It wasn't long after buying CAR that running two businesses was overwhelming so she sold her studio to one of her christian aerobic instructors. Donna states, "even though the ministry demands allot of me, I love the flexible schedule it allows so I can focus on raising my three children: Austin 17, Tyson 16, and Hope 10. Donna has been married to Dr. Brad Wilken for 19 years and resides in Highland, IL. She is a Group, Senior, Personal Trainer, and Yo-Gal certified through JUMPSTART, AFAA, and ACE. Donna holds a certificate in Fitness Facility Management and is currently finishing her degree in Psychology. |

Pam Donner has worked in the fitness industry since 1981, beginning my career as an aquatics specialist. While I continue to run a successful home-based swim program I have become versatile in all areas of fitness. I teach Pilates and stretch as well as step, hi/lo, cycle, kickbox and boot camp. I also train myself and others to participate in triathlons. This year I will represent the Lymphoma Leukemia Society in Hawaii for a triathlon to benefit blood cancer research.
I have a very supportive family: John and I have been married 23 years and are raising 4 energetic kids. Ashleigh is in her sophomore year of college; Parker (16) is a junior who plays tuba in his dad's band; Calvin (13) is in 7th grade and is learning percussion; Kai (8) loves sports and cub scouts.
I know that if we endure to the end and serve others with an eye single to the glory of God, he will bless our lives in ways we cannot even imagine. |

Emily Hutt has been in health and fitness since 1991. At 30 years of age, four children, and years of emotional eating, Emily was at 33% body fat, had been diagnosed with high cholesterol, and was informed by her family physician that she was headed for a heart attack and stroke before the age of fifty. However, words were not enough to convince her to change her lifestyle. It took the incident of her father to have a heart attack and stroke before he reached the age of 57 to shock her into reality. Because of this shocking realization, exercise and healthy eating habits slowly became her new way of life.
In 1996, Emily competed in a body building competition and placed first. Although she considered this an accomplished goal, Emily realized that this was not the healthy balanced way God’s design intended her body to be.
Emily knows now that her gift is to inspire others to feel better and have fun while they exercise. She does this by incorporating God at the heart of the workouts she specifically designs for her personal training clients as well as group fitness classes. Emily’s personal training studio has now become a ministry to help encourage God’s people, especially those who need healing, by connecting their physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies as one. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and lean not on your own understanding.”
Along with her personal training ministry, Emily is currently traveling with Christian Aerobic Resource to further God’s mission to change the world’s image of what health and fitness really is by placing the spirit first and working from the inside of the body to the outward appearance.
Emily holds a Bachelors of Arts in Education from the University of West Florida. She is AFFA, AEA, and AAAI/ISMA certified. Most importantly, Emily is a fitness presenter for Christ. |

Julia Boyd is a diverse talent that loves to serve the Lord and His people through music and fitness. Julia has been around the dance industry all her life as her mother was a former professional ballerina and fitness instructor. Entertainment was Julia’s dream and passion, as she pursued performance arts in college and became a professional actor, singer and songwriter. In the late 90’s, Christian music became a passion for Julia as she became a lead vocalist with a group called “By Faith” who ministered throughout Chicago Land.
After her second child was born, Julia was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. A year later, her son received the diagnosis of autism. God revealed to her that wellness and fitness were her new found hope and focus. Aqua aerobics, circuit conditioning and sculpting are her favorite classes to teach and help her physical condition. She is also known in her community as the Y Exercise columnist for a local paper and her certifications include the National Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Instructor and Self-help Leader, YMCA Group Exercise Instructor, Pilates, Stability Ball, Martial Arts Exercise and Flexibility. She is also a dance, drama and vocal instructor for S.T.A.R., a performance outreach program for youth. Her specialties are funky jazz, hip hop and modern dance.
In 2006, Julia joined the Faithfully Fit team with much excitement. Supported by her husband, Bill and her daughter, Jackie, Julia is called to speak about her family’s struggle and how they have made it through the frustration of having a child with autism. It is Julia’s passion to help others recognize the blessings in all situations and circumstances by sharing a song called “I Am The Child You Love” that was inspired by her son, but applies to us all. |

Liz Garcia is currently the Director of Hope Revealed, a ministry devoted to the promotion of the Old and New Testament Scriptures as the representation of the mind of God revealing his thoughts to human minds on the earth so their bodies can become the place where His promises come true. Through Hope Revealed she is developing DVDs, presentations and other materials to encourage hope throughout the world in the living God, who uses His power to reconcile Himself to human hearts for the fulfillment of his love. All her classes emphasize the way the Holy Spirit uses the Scriptures to open our eyes to see the invisible, eternal realities of God so that living by faith instead of by sight, we can fully reach our potential to be a light of the glory of God piercing the darkness with our words and deeds. She has traveled throughout the United States, including Hawaii, and to India, Mexico and Europe helping women learn to read the Bible in order to rely upon God to heal our spiritual blindness, to set our minds free from the fear and deception that cripples us, and to make alive what sin has put to death in our lives.
Over the years, Liz has worked with women suffering from trauma, depression, difficulty in relationships, drug or alcohol addiction and from other effects of troubled lives and broken hearts. As the former director of The Museum of Archaeology and Biblical History, she developed presentations joining the words of Scripture to ancient artifacts to help visitors “touch” the message of God and to promote dependence upon the Bible as the authoritative source for most accurately understanding ourselves, the material world we occupy and events throughout history. Prior to her work at the museum, Liz served as a foreign missionary, living and teaching among some of the poorest families in Oaxaca and helping to establish one church in a remote mountain region of southern Mexico. Liz will be married in May, 2006 to a man after God’s own heart named Jim Pence. |
